Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Revulo Games sp. z o.o., with its registered office at aleja 29 Listopada 85, 31-408 Kraków, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the Polish National Court Register under KRS number 0000904975, NIP 9452245302, REGON 389176878 (“we”). For all matters concerning your data, contact us at privacy@revulogames.com.

2. What data we process and why

a) Game progress — on your device only

Your progress (virtual coins, player levels, statistics and settings) is stored locally on your device. This data is not sent to our servers and we have no access to it. Uninstalling the game deletes it permanently.

b) Game analytics (with your consent)

Once you give consent on first launch, we collect data about how you play: a random player identifier (which does not allow us to establish who you are), gameplay events (matches played, progression, virtual-currency transactions), device model, operating system, language and approximate country (based on your IP address). Purpose: to understand how the game is used and to improve it. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Provider: Unity Technologies (Unity Analytics).

c) Advertising (with your consent)

The game displays ads: optional rewarded ads, and interstitial ads after a match (the latter only to players who have not made any purchase). The ad provider — Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) — processes your device advertising identifier (GAID on Android / IDFA on iOS), IP address and device data in order to serve and account for ads. Ads are personalised only with your consent; without it, you receive non-personalised ads. Legal basis: consent (for personalisation) and legitimate interest (for serving and accounting for the ads that fund the free game). On iOS we additionally respect your system-level App Tracking Transparency choice.

d) Advertising campaign measurement (with your consent)

To learn which ad brought you to the game, we use AppsFlyer Ltd. (attribution measurement). AppsFlyer processes your advertising identifier, IP address, device data and in-game events (install, purchase, ad view). Legal basis: consent.

e) Online play

Matches are played online. Our network infrastructure provider — Photon (Exit Games GmbH, Germany) — processes your IP address and temporary session data, because two players cannot be connected without it. Legal basis: necessity for the performance of a contract (providing the online game service). We do not store session data permanently.

f) Purchases

Payments are handled exclusively by Google Play / Apple App Store — we have no access to your card details. We receive a transaction confirmation containing an order identifier, which we store locally in order to grant the purchased coins exactly once. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

3. Consent and how to withdraw it

On first launch, the game asks you to accept the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. Analytics, campaign measurement and ad personalisation do not operate before you give consent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time:

• in the game: OPTIONS → DATA COLLECTION → OFF (analytics and ad personalisation stop immediately; the game continues to work normally),
• by writing to privacy@revulogames.com (we will also delete historical data — see section 6).

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, and it does not limit your ability to play.

4. Recipients of data and transfers outside the EEA

The following processors handle data on our behalf:

5. How long we keep data

We do not keep our own copy of analytics or attribution data. That data is held by the providers listed in section 4, and its retention period is determined by their policies and settings:

• Game progress: on your device only, until you uninstall the game.
• Analytics data — Unity Technologies: for the period resulting from the Unity privacy policy.
• Attribution data — AppsFlyer Ltd.: for the period resulting from the AppsFlyer privacy policy.
• Session data for online play — Photon (Exit Games GmbH): for the duration of the match; we do not store it permanently.
• Transaction identifiers: on your device only (the last 200 orders).

Regardless of the above, you may withdraw your consent (section 3) or request erasure of your data (section 6) at any time, and we will pass that request on to the providers concerned.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, obtain a copy of it, have it rectified or erased, restrict its processing, object to processing, and data portability. Write to privacy@revulogames.com — because we do not operate user accounts, we will need your player identifier (you will find it in OPTIONS → PLAYER ID) or your device advertising identifier in order to locate your data. If you request erasure, we will pass that request on to our providers as well (Unity — Data Deletion API, AppsFlyer — OpenDSR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

7. Children

The game is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe that a child under that age is using the game and has given consent to the processing of their data, please contact us.

8. Virtual currency

Coins in the game are purely virtual: they have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or cashed out. Stake matches are played exclusively in virtual currency. Full rules are set out in the Terms of Service.

9. Changes to this policy

We will notify you in the game about any material changes (you will be asked to accept the policy again). Previous versions are available on request.
